Resolved multiple challenges regarding API connections inside VDM.
Tables would not load if there was no database view inside the connection.
Available schemas were not loading in the connection wizard.
Resolved multiple challenges regarding the scheduler.
When scheduling jobs, the object identifier was not being sent in the query (regression due to fixing DTP parameter format)
Parameter formats for Date Time Pickers were not sticking / being used when using the scheduler.
Resolved the challenge when filtering on Grid Level Expressions, the Finished Report would display different results than the Detail Grid.
Resolved the challenge where having CSS (Client Side Sorting) disabled would cause VDM to see the detail grid as having empty data (even if it does not).

Bug Fixes
We adjusted the default appsettings (appsettings that comes in the WebReports download) to have the correct Default settings.
The WebReports Scheduler no longer flags reserved words as SQL injection. This would result in errors that would not allow the report to be scheduled.
API calls that leverage the UseSavedData option no longer queue for the Admin role.
